1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro
The black and gloss gunmetal Omni S1 Pro from Eufy is one of most impressive mop and robot vacuum combos available. It uses lidar for navigation, creating maps of rooms and floors.
When I tested the S1, it was able to locate our downstairs, which has laminate flooring in the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms, as well as carpeting of medium-pile as well as a large area rug. It was capable of driving up to walls and even cross thresholds that are raised without issue. However, it had some difficulty getting down the stairs in one pass. It is also necessary to clean the swivel wheel and sensors regularly to prevent them from getting clogged by dust or dirt. Overall the S1 requires less maintenance than other combos.
2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Deebot X2 Combo Complete does well at vacuuming, and has a powerful suction that easily picks up most debris and even the smaller bits of dust that other robots struggle with. Its navigation abilities are also quite good, though it can be stuck on small mats and rugs at my home (which you can alleviate by creating virtual boundaries within the app). Its mopping capabilities are also excellent, with a pair spinning mops which lift and scrub the floor instead of simply moving the pad across it. The mops are cleaned using heated water and dried in the base station when required. The mops are also refilled from the top of the base station as needed.
3. Dreame X40 ultra
Dreame launched the high-end X30 Ultra earlier this year, but their new flagship robot mop and vacuum comes with more impressive features. It has fantastic cleaning results and is easy to maintain. This makes it a contender for our list of the top mops and robot vacuums. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition and a long side brush ensure an efficient, customized clean.
The X40 Ultra vacuums well, removing both fine and large debris. It is a great choice on carpets and hard floors. It also cleaned the most soiled areas efficiently, while eliminating pet hairs that are tangled and other dirt. The sweeping power of the machine is enhanced by a sidebrush which automatically moves out to get into areas that are difficult to reach and mop pads that extend across baseboards.
Its navigation is nimble, navigating tight spaces and negotiating stairs without missing a beat. It can move from one room to another without having to change direction. This is a great feature for homes that have multiple rooms. Its obstacle avoidance system is less advanced than other models However, it tends to leave a wide space over obstacles, which can result in missed spots.
The app's interface is intuitive and easy to use. It should be easy to use by both novice and experienced users. The app allows you to schedule and manage cleaning tasks. The Q5 was among the few robots that we tested did not show problems with high-pile rugs and carpets. However, it was able to not remove kitty-poop or cable tangles. This isn't too surprising because it doesn't have AI-powered obstacle-avoidance features.
5. K10 Plus
K10 Plus is the quietest robotic vacuum we've ever tested. It also features a unique mapping system that helps it reach corners and tight places that other vacuums are unable to.
